How to Order
We divide the Order Process into 8 steps as specified below:
Step 1——Intention
Intention to purchase can be expressed orally or in writing.
Step 2——Design & Sample Confirmation
1) Your Sample
If you have existing uniform, give us 1 piece of sample for each design of your uniform. For example, 1pc for Polo, 1 pc for pant, 1 pc for blouse, 1pc for skirt, 1 pc for T-Shirt, 1pc for Jogging pant.
If you don’t have existing uniform, or want to change your design, let us know your idea, we will help you with your design if you need.
2) Our Counter Samples
Upon receiving your design/sample, we will make a counter sample for each of your designs/samples, and send to you either in person or by Express Courier Service.
Step 3——Purchase Order
If you are satisfied with our counter samples, then you can send us a Purchase Order, specifying the name, size, quantity, expected date of arrival, and price agreed.
Upon receipt of your Purchase Order, we will confirm by Email either acceptance or Denial of any or all of the terms in your Purchase Order.
Step 4——Advance Payment & Production Preparation
If we confirmed acceptance of the terms, you will need pay a deposit of 10%-30%, upon receipt of which we will begin preparing production, specifically, purchase of materials and accessories.
Step 5——Production [10-20days]
If accessories and materials are ready, then we will start production. Averagely, we can make up to 2000 pieces of regular polo or blouse per day if preparation work has already been properly done.
Step 6——Shipment [15-30days]
When production of ordered items are completed and packed, we will then go through the shipment process. For international shipment, the regular process is as follows,
1)Loading to Container
2)Customs Declaration at exporting country
3)Customs Inspection, randomly selected by Computer System
4)Loading on Board the Vessel
5)Customs Declaration at importing country
6)Payment of Tariff and VAT, if applicable
7)Unloading & Possible Customs Inspection, randomly selected
8)Customs Cleared
Step 7 ——Delivery
After customs cleared, we will help arrange door-to-door delivery in Metro Manila, Davao city, or CDO city. If you are not located in such area, we can also help delivery to local forwarding companies for transit to your cities.
Step 8——Final Payment
When you receive the cargo, you will need count the quantity of each carton as per our Packing List within a reasonable period. And, if you find there is any shortage, you will need inform us the details, and if such shortage is confirmed, we will either supply the short items in the soonest time, or deduct at your option the same amount as the value of the short cargo from the final payment. If there is no discrepancy between the cargo received and the Packing List, then you will need pay the full payment as agreed.
